1. About our service
These Terms apply to your use of colormememories.com and purchases from Color Me Memories.
We create personalized physical coloring books from customer-uploaded photos. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, shipping, and personalization information.
3. Your photos and permissions
You retain any ownership rights you have in the photos and other content you upload.
You give Color Me Memories and its service providers permission to store, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit your submitted content as needed to generate previews, create your book, print and ship it, and provide related support.
This permission does not authorize us to use your photos or personalized artwork in our advertising or social media.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you submit. This includes permission from people pictured, or their parent or legal guardian when required.
Do not submit unlawful content, content that infringes another person’s rights, or sexual or exploitative images involving minors. We may refuse content that cannot lawfully or safely be processed. If this prevents fulfillment of a paid order, we will contact you to resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate refund.
4. Product and ordering process
Our books contain 12, 24, or 36 coloring pictures, depending on your selection. Each coloring picture is printed on one side of a sheet, with a blank back. Books are 8.5 × 11 inches and coil-bound, with a personalized cover.
The product is a physical book shipped to the address entered at checkout. A downloadable customer PDF is not included.
You can view the first three coloring pictures before ordering. Remaining artwork is generated after payment. An artwork-preview email may show the completed pictures, but it is not an additional approval step.
Review your available previews, selected cover, title, photo choices, and shipping information before paying.
5. AI-generated artwork and print appearance
Photos are transformed into stylized artwork using AI. Results may differ from the original photos, including changes to fine details, backgrounds, faces, clothing, or other features.
Screens display colors and details differently from printed products. Minor screen-to-print differences are possible. These statements do not limit our refund policy for misprinted or damaged books or any rights provided by law.
Blank backs do not guarantee that coloring materials will not bleed through the paper.
6. Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The total shown at checkout includes the selected product, any shipping charges, and applicable taxes.
Included standard shipping applies only to destinations identified as eligible on the website and at checkout. Standard shipping is included for addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).
Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not begin paid production until payment is confirmed.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an order already accepted.
7. Production, changes, and cancellations
Orders enter an automated generation and print-fulfillment process after payment. There is no post-purchase artwork approval step.
If you need to correct an order or request cancellation, email colormememories1@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once processing or printing has begun.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
8. Shipping and delivery
Books are printed and shipped through fulfillment partners, including Lulu.
Production, shipment, and delivery dates shown on the website or in order updates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. A shipping date is the date the order is expected to leave production, not the date it will arrive.
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. These Terms do not waive those rights.
9. Refunds and order problems
We offer refunds for books that arrive misprinted or damaged, and for orders lost in shipping. To request a refund, email colormememories1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For misprinted or damaged books, please include photos showing the problem when possible.
For any special circumstances or other concerns, email colormememories1@gmail.com so we can review your request.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
10. Website use and private links
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or access another customer’s photos or order information.
You are responsible for protecting any private book, order, or gallery links.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, or misuse. Doing so does not remove our obligations concerning paid orders.
11. Website content
Color Me Memories’ website branding, layouts, and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your uploaded photos to us or guarantee exclusive intellectual-property rights in AI-generated artwork.
12. Availability and responsibilities
We aim to provide an accurate and reliable service, but website access may sometimes be interrupted or contain errors. Contact us if an issue affects your order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, or limits the remedies described in our refund policy.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Florida law to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain in effect.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. The updated version and effective date will appear on this page.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing order.
