Refund policy

We offer refunds for books that arrive misprinted or damaged, and for orders lost in shipping. To request a refund, email colormememories1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For misprinted or damaged books, please include photos showing the problem when possible.

There is no artwork approval step after purchase: your three previews show the coloring style before you buy, and purchasing authorizes us to produce and print your completed book.
