Shipping information

Standard shipping is included for addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).

We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses.

Standard delivery may take roughly 3–4 weeks from order; a recent Lulu standard MAIL estimate was about 18–23 days. Page creation comes before printing, which takes a few business days, followed by carrier transit. Replacement photos, production delays and carrier delays can extend this timing.

Available faster shipping services are quoted for your address before payment, with the additional cost and applicable tax shown in Stripe checkout. Faster transit does not speed up page creation or printing. A ship date means the book leaves the printer, not that it arrives that day. Tracking is emailed when it ships; arrival estimates are not guarantees.

We offer refunds for books that arrive misprinted or damaged, and for orders lost in shipping. To request a refund, email colormememories1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For misprinted or damaged books, please include photos showing the problem when possible.
