Questions
Is this a physical book?
Yes! You’ll receive a personalized, coil-bound 8.5 × 11-inch coloring book delivered to your door. Choose 12, 24, or 36 coloring pictures, each printed on its own sheet with a blank back, plus your personalized cover. This is a physical book; a downloadable PDF is not included.
How many photos do I need?
One photo per coloring picture: 12, 24 or 36 depending on your package, all uploaded before checkout. The cover doesn’t count toward that number — you can reuse one of your photos for it, add a separate cover photo, and choose a cover picture.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Absolutely! Upload your photos and see your first three coloring pictures before you buy. After checkout, we’ll finish your book and send it to print automatically—no extra approval needed. We’ll also email you a private, watermarked gallery of the finished artwork.
When will my book arrive?
Your book is made just for you! Allow around 3–4 weeks for standard delivery, with free shipping in the contiguous U.S. Faster shipping options appear at checkout when available, but printing time still applies. We’ll email your tracking details when it ships. Delivery dates are estimates.
How are my photos used?
Your photos help us create and deliver your personalized book—we never use them or your artwork for our own advertising or social media. We delete the photo and artwork files we store after 5 days of inactivity if you don’t order, or 5 days after confirmed delivery. We keep them longer when needed to finish your order or resolve a support issue. Once deleted, artwork previews and reprints from those files are unavailable. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if my book arrives misprinted, damaged, or gets lost?
We offer refunds for books that arrive misprinted or damaged, and for orders lost in shipping. To request a refund, email colormememories1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For misprinted or damaged books, please include photos showing the problem when possible. For any special circumstances or other concerns, email colormememories1@gmail.com so we can review your request.
